  objectives

Make the entire staff more marketing
  and customer aware
Help individuals cope with change
Improve the way in which staff respond
  to customer enquiries and complaints
Improve the business

Method:
An agreed programme which can consist of a series of breakfast or after work sessions. A workshop format is used and training is applied specifically to the firm and its markets.
